About Us
A professional community for the people who work in real estate.
The Association
A professional community for the people who work in real estate.
Indore Realtors Associations is a members' body for real estate professionals, registered as a not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Madhya Pradesh.
It is constituted as a secular, non-political institution. Its founding objects place professional interaction alongside sport, culture and community service — a combination that reflects how professional relationships are actually built, and one that sets the association apart from a purely commercial body.
Under its constitution, the association's income and property are applied solely to the promotion of its objects. No portion is distributed to members as profit.

Purpose
Standing, access and community — for every member.
To be the professional home of Indore's real estate community: a body that raises the credibility of its members, opens direct access to the wider industry, and builds the kind of community that lasts beyond any single transaction.

Advancing the credibility and professional trust of members who work in real estate.
Access
Convening members with builders, developers and industry stakeholders directly.
Community
Sport, culture and service — the parts that make a professional body worth belonging to.
Core Objectives
Six pillars the association is built on.
- 01
Professional Growth & Trust
Promoting the growth, credibility and professional trust of real estate professionals.
The association exists to raise the standing of the people who work in real estate. Its objects provide for training and skill development, for working with sector associations and subject experts, and for building an environment in which professional conduct and credibility are the norm.
- 02
Business Networking & Meets
Creating opportunities for meaningful business networking and collaboration.
Members meet as peers rather than as competitors. The association is constituted to convene its members regularly, so that working relationships, referrals and collaborations form through genuine professional contact.
- 03
Builder & Developer Engagement
Facilitating direct interaction with builders, developers and industry stakeholders.
Direct access matters. The association's objects provide for organising and participating in seminars, conferences and fairs, and for engaging consultants and experts — creating a setting in which members and industry stakeholders can speak to each other directly.
- 04
Sports & Recreation
Promoting sports, recreation and healthy social interaction among members.
Recreation is written into the association's founding objects, not added as an afterthought. They provide for indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities in a phased manner — badminton, lawn tennis, table tennis, billiards, chess and carrom among them — together with sports meetings, competitions and championships.
- 05
Social & Community Engagement
Building a strong community through social, cultural and community-oriented initiatives.
The association is constituted as a secular, non-political institution. Its objects provide for cultural and social gatherings — music, dance, drama, kavi sammelan and mushaira among them — and for rendering service to those in need, irrespective of caste, creed, race or religion.
- 06
Knowledge & Industry Engagement
Encouraging knowledge sharing, professional interaction and industry engagement.
Knowledge is meant to circulate. The association's objects provide for seminars and conferences, for compiling and publishing reports and papers on subjects within its scope, and for affiliating with bodies having similar objects in India and abroad.
